Do you have any money saved?
Is Your Credit Score 640 or Better?
Have You Missed Paying Any Bills in the Last 12 Months?
Do You Have Any Collections or Past Due Accounts?
Have You Filed for Bankruptcy within the last 24 months (2 years)?
Do you have the same or similar employment for 2 years or more?
Do you desire to build a home in King’s Dominion?
Do you desire to purchase or build a home somewhere else in north or east Lubbock?
Do you desire to purchase a home in Lubbock but outside of the north or east Lubbock area?

Answering these questions will let the NELCDC team know how close you are to being mortgage-ready.  Once the short questionnaire is submitted, a member of the NELCDC team will contact you within 1-2 business days to follow-up with you.  If you do not hear from anyone, please call the NELCDC office at (806) 747-5937 and ask to speak with a housing counselor.
