DOWNPAYMENT & CLOSING COST ASSISTANCE FOR HOMEBUYERS

 

SUBDIVISION INFORMATION (For Builders)

-All utilities are existing for each subdivided lot.  All builders are required to contact the City of Lubbock to establish temporary electrical and water/sewer taps for housing development.

-All builders are required to pay for the permit and adhere to the City of Lubbock's SWP3's requirements. (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan)

-King's Dominion is electric only (there are currently no gas lines in the subdivision)

 

FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER INFORMATION

-All first-time homebuyers seeking down-payment and closing cost assistance from the NELCDC are required to adhere to the HUD established income guidelines.  See the link below for detail.
